1. About The Process Art Academy
The Process Art Academy is a daily activity companion for parents, caregivers, and early childhood educators. It suggests play-based activities, records your observations, and builds a private picture of your child's development over time.
2. Your account
You need an active account and subscription to access the full activity library and daily guidance. New accounts start with a free trial. After that, billing is handled by Stripe and renews monthly unless you cancel.
3. What you can share
You may upload photos and notes to your child's private Book. You own your content. We do not use it to train models, sell advertising, or share it with other families.
4. Activity and health guidance
Activities are designed for play and exploration. They are not medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice. Always supervise your child and follow your own judgment, safety rules, and professional guidance.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Once a subscription ends or lapses, access to your child's Book and records is paused — including read-only viewing — until you resubscribe. Your content is retained, not deleted, so it is there when you return. Download your Book export from the Book tab before your access ends if you want an offline copy. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by Australian consumer law.
